Your article answered many questions I have about Whey Protein. I am 69 years old and using a treadmill almost daily, and lifting nearly everyt other day. Just recently I decided to improve my physical self. I am using Whey Protein "EASE" that I bought at SAM's Club--vanilla. Three years ago my weight was 205. Today I maintain a wt. of 171. I will use your advice on protein supplements as a guide in the months and years ahead.
Thanks,
Ron

Great post on bicep curls. I personally love to switch things up in my routines by doing hammer curls and the 45 degree bench curl.

They add decent size but really great definition. I also agree and am happy you talked about doing non concentration exercises to target the same muscles... that is huge to know about.

That was a great explanation of creatine. I think a lot of people this is a steroid of some sort and actually knowing what it does makes a big difference. It is a valuable supplement that is almost vital for a lot of people if they do want to gain some size.

One thing about it is that it doesn't work for every person. Some people react to it and some don't. I can't quite explain that but it happens.

Great post and I look forward to reading more.

When is your website going to be up? I've listened to your podcasts and finally, someone who isn't promoting some useless powder but promoting techniques and theorys that make sense. I would love to view a DVD of a workout. Think about that as a possible money maker.

This is interesting advice. I look forward to implementing it, but I do have a question about it...

Is there a time, or fitness level, that you should implement moves like these?
